Y`s Consulting is an audit, accounting and tax firm located in Tokyo,
Japan serving domestic and international small to mid-sized
companies. For over 30 years, we have been the premier full service
firm helping companies meet their requirements.

We are a team of experienced professionals providing quality advice
that allows our clients to focus on the fundamentals of running their
businesses while we take care of the complicated tax and accounting
processes. Our resources are aimed at supporting our clients`
professional and financial requirements thereby helping them achieve
success in their operations.

Profile and History

Y`s Consulting was established in 1975 by Mr. Yoshimasa Yamamoto　(CPA) as a full service local audit, accounting and tax firm providing services for Japanese clients.

By 1987 the company had many clients. In order to expand the business to also serve international clients, (especially Asia based companies), a Hong Kong officewas established in 1988. Additionally, as we started to receive requests for other services such as auditing, an audit arm of the firm was eventually opened in 1989.

As business and fees continued to increase, along with the size of clients that we served, Y`s Consulting was officially registered as a Y`s Consulting Corporation.
Three more offices were opened in China to meet the many demands coming from Asia – an office based in Shanghai, a Suzhou (near Shanghai) based office and a Shenzhen (near Hong Kong) office. In May 2008, Y`s Consulting Corporation will open a new office in Nagoya, Japan, and in late 2008, an Osaka office will also be opened.

Y`s Consulting Corporation continues to experience remarkable growth due to referrals from satisfied clients and successful marketing strategies. Our clients always tell us that the reason for the continued support is due to our quality and fast service, and reasonable costs.

Today we have about 90 employees – including many US or Japan CPAs and tax accountants. Along with the commitment and hard work of our employees, we stay abreast of changes in the industry and continue to apply the latest methodologies and techniques. This approach has helped maximize the quality of services that we provide and has been instrumental in setting us apart from the competitors.

We strive to continue being the market leader in delivering high-level affordable accounting and tax services to small and mid-sized domestic and international companies.
